These General Terms & Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to all agreements for the delivery of goods that a consumer or business (hereinafter “customer”) concludes with THEBEAUTYS regarding the goods and services offered in our webshop at a distance. The applicability of any terms and conditions of the customer is expressly excluded.

1) Scope

1.1 A consumer is any natural person who performs a legal act that does not fall within the exercise of his/her business or professional activity.
A business is a natural or legal person who acts in the exercise of his/her commercial or independent professional activity when concluding an agreement.

2) Formation of the Agreement

2.1 The product descriptions on THEBEAUTYS webshop do not constitute a binding offer, but serve solely as an invitation for the customer to make a binding offer.
2.2 The customer can submit an offer via the online order form in our webshop. After selecting the desired products and completing the ordering process, the customer places a legally binding offer by clicking the “Order” button. Upon receipt of the order, the customer automatically receives a confirmation by e-mail. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer.
2.3 THEBEAUTYS can accept the offer within three business days by:

  • Sending an order confirmation by e-mail (receipt of this confirmation is decisive), or

  • Requesting payment from the customer.

If both occur, the earliest moment will determine the time at which the agreement is concluded.
