RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with THEBEAUTYS. We hope you are happy with your order. If you are not fully satisfied, you may submit a return request in accordance with the policy below.

RETURNS

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

All returned items must be:

  • new, unused and unopened

  • in their original packaging and condition

  • with all original labels, protective seals, and components included

Return requests are handled through the Return Request button in your order confirmation email or through your customer account.

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST

You can submit a return by:

1. Using the Shopify return link

Click “Request return” in your order confirmation email or log in to your customer account and request a return from your order page.

2. Or by email (if you prefer)

Email us at thebeautys.nl@gmail.com with:

  • your order number

  • the product you wish to return

  • reason for return (optional)

Once your request is reviewed, you will receive instructions and a return authorization.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • If your return is approved, you will receive all necessary instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival.

  • Items must be shipped back within 14 days of your return approval.

REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.

Refunds:

  • are issued to the original payment method

  • may take 10 days to process internally

  • may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your bank

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.

EXCEPTIONS (NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS)

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of:

  • opened, unsealed, tested or used products

  • products with broken hygiene seals

  • products not in original packaging

These items are not eligible for return or refund.

If an item arrived defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you.
